Here is the list of ingredients needed: - Party pack of thighs and drumsticks - I get this at Ralphs - Sliced Ginger - use about 1 stick or more - minced garlic olive oil - 1 TBS of fish sauce (or to taste) - 1 tsp of pepper - 2 chayote chopped into cubes - handful of malunggay or spinach
