My hubby loves Filipino Spaghetti, so I had to recreate Jolibee’s spaghetti. I’m using my Instant Pot so basically I dumped all my ingredients.
A few tips on making Filipino Spaghetti in the Instant Pot:
– Cook it in 2 parts so it doesn’t “burn”. I use chili or you can probably use slow cook and then steam so it “boils” like you would pasta

Ingredients needed for Filipino Spaghetti: - 1 package of spaghetti noodles - 1 can of condensed milk - 1 can crushed tomatoes - 1 jar of marinara sauce or tomato sauce - 1 package of ground turkey or any ground meat of choice - 1 package of hot dogs - 1 small onion - 1-2 teaspoons of minced garlic - salt and pepper to taste
