Easy Filipino Noodle Recipe: Pancit Canton

Here is another easy recipe that can easily use what you have in your fridge and pantry. This is great if you need to get rid of veggies that are about to go bad. Literally you can put almost anything in it! Which what I did. I used whatever vegetables we had in the fridge and called it a day!

I was a little upset because this was meant to be a video. I was also testing out my portable electric stove too! It’s ok, I’m still going to share this because it’s easy for anyone to make!

Pancit Canton Recipe

   - Vegetables: Use what you have. I used carrots, bokchoy 
since that's all I had. Typically, you will find cabbage,
string beans, celery. The beauty of this is you can't go
wrong with the veggies
   - Minced Garlic & onions
   - Protein: your choice. I used chicken. But you can use shrimp, beef, pork
   - Sauce: Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, and calamansi. No 
measurement because this is to taste, but start off with about 1/2 cup and add to your liking
- Noodles: Use noodles that say Pancit Canton. They look 
thick and crispy

- Heat up your wok and add garlic and onions until aromatic
- Saute the chicken until cooked
- Mix in all the ingredients for sauce in a separate bowl
so it ready to go
- Add your veggies
- Add your sauce
- Add the noodles. You do not need to cook it separate, add to your wok and it will cook.
- Taste and add more sauce if needed

And there you go! Wasn’t that easy! This actually lasted us probably 4 meals!
