Dalgona Coffee Recipe: Using 3 Filipino Flavors

You guys! I’m so excited for this! Yes I gave into the trend..the Dalgona trenda. But I didn’t use coffee! I’m not much of a coffee drinker, but I was so curious how to make it.

I had no hand mixer, no instant coffee…what do I use? My stand mixer and some egg whites and sugar to make it look “whipped”.

SO EASY!

Here is the what you need:

Ingredients: 
2 egg whites
1/2 sugar
splash of hot water
Flavored Extracts: I used Ube, Mango and Buko Pandan. You  
can find these at your local Asian market or Amazon

Directions: 
1. Whisk the egg whites and sugar until you get stiff peaks
2. Separate into 3 parts so you can put the 3 different 
flavor extracts
3. Once everything is mixed, grab your drink of choice 
(coffee, milk, tea latte, ice cream) and put your flavored dalgona on top
